We want you and your dog to genuinely love Barkwell, so every first order is backed by our 60-night promise.

How it works

Give it a fair go for up to 60 nights. If your dog is not happier, email us at admin@barkwell.com.au with your order number and we will refund or replace that order. One promise claim per customer, on your first purchase of a product.

You keep the pouch

You do not need to return anything. Finish the pouch or pass it on. We would rather you spent the time seeing whether it helps than posting things back to us.

Why we can offer this

Because we dose honestly and use gentle, well-known ingredients, we are confident most dogs feel the benefit. The promise simply takes the risk off you for giving us a try.
