Refund and returns

We want you and your dog to love Barkwell. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Our 60-night promise

Give it a fair go. If your dog is not happier within 60 nights of your first order, email us and we will refund or replace that order. One promise claim per customer, on your first purchase of a product. You do not need to return the pouch.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem you are entitled to a refund or replacement, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a minor problem we will repair, replace or refund where required. Our 60-night promise is offered in addition to these rights, not instead of them.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email admin@barkwell.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind

Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage for change of mind is at your cost. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept opened consumable products for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
