Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Barkwell (ABN 51 635 510 367). By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

Barkwell products are complementary pet food and wellness products for dogs. They support general wellbeing and are not veterinary medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, are for dogs only, not for human consumption, and results vary between dogs. If your dog is pregnant, lactating, on medication or unwell, check with your vet before use.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars unless shown otherwise. We try to keep information accurate but errors can happen; if we find a pricing error on something you ordered we will let you know and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel. We may accept or decline any order.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Intellectual property

The Barkwell name, logo, designs, images and content are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
